The real problem is with cleaning -- the clear silicone "mouth" seems to be permanently attached to a handle that doesn't appear to be able to handle getting wet. Last update: I figured out how to remove the sleeve for cleaning: You just pull it off the handle. But I'm leaving the rating at one star, because the design is still pretty bad. The base of the sleeve has contacts to power the vibrator, which ride on circular tracks on the handle. And there's non-conductive grease to keep the friction down. You'll have to be extremely careful while cleaning, to avoid removing that grease. And eventually, you'll need to restore the grease.
