All our products carry a 5-year warranty* against malfunctions and failure due to regular use. If your product is defective, please follow the below instructions to obtain a replacement:

1). Please reach out to us at Support@OurEroticJourney.com with your receipt, along with the name, color variant, images and a video of the defective product. If you don't have the receipt, just let us know the approximate date, store, and location where you purchased the item. If you have purchased directly from our Online Store, just send us your order ID or email address you used to purchase your order along with the video of the defective Product. In your email please also add the address you would like your replacement to be sent out to.

2). We'll respond within 1-5 working days to guide you on the next steps, depending on the issue.
