It works, but it's not mind-blowing.

The real problem is with cleaning -- the clear silicone "mouth" seems to be permanently attached to a handle that doesn't appear to be able to handle getting wet. And it has many dozens of nubs, so you need to clean it pretty thoroughly or it's going to quickly become really disgusting. And because the silicone part is permanently attached, its total length makes it really difficult to get it into a sink and under a faucet.

It's a disappointment. But at least it wasn't a super-expensive disappointment.

By the way -- the video on the listing includes a 2 second clip at the end, which suggests that the silicone sleeve _is_ removable -- but the rather minimal instruction sheet that accompanies the product says nothing about this. It only says to be sure to clean the sleeve. If there is a way to do this, instructions on this important task should be included!

Last update: I figured out how to remove the sleeve for cleaning: You just pull it off the handle. But I'm leaving the rating at one star, because the design is still pretty bad. The base of the sleeve has contacts to power the vibrator, which ride on circular tracks on the handle. And there's non-conductive grease to keep the friction down. You'll have to be extremely careful while cleaning, to avoid removing that grease. And eventually, you'll need to restore the grease.
